Job summary

Purple Sales is seeking a B2B HubSpot Coordinator to build and run the technical engine behind outbound and pipeline generation. You will implement and administer HubSpot, maintain deliverability infrastructure, build automations, and optimize performance based on data.

Qualifications

• Strong HubSpot setup, admin mindset, pipelines and workflows.
• Experience with data enrichment, deduping, and imports.
• Solid deliverability fundamentals: SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
• Excellent spreadsheet and data-cleaning skills.
• Ability to map data between outbound tools and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• List building, data ops and targeting for outbound campaigns.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM structure, dashboards, and reports.
• Configure HubSpot workflows, lead routing, SLAs and notifications.
• Ensure clean data mapping and CRM hygiene.
• Maintain outbound email infrastructure and deliverability tuning.
• Track KPIs and implement weekly improvements.
• Create SOPs, checklists and playbooks.
