Purple Sales is seeking a proactive B2B Copywriter & Marketing Coordinator to craft outbound sales content and design marketing materials for clients. This hands-on role focuses on weekly content production, email sequences, and CRM-linked workflows.

Based in South Africa, you’ll help build our outbound programs, develop reporting dashboards, and collaborate with global clients across industries while leveraging HubSpot and related tools.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.
• 2+ years in a B2B Sales Development Content Writer team, ideally B2B or agency.
• Experience managing sales/email engagement tools such as Lemlist, Apollo, Instantly, Salesloft, or Outreach.io.
• Proven weekly content production at scale.
• Strong analytical skills and MS Excel proficiency.
• Fluent in English with strong written skills.

Responsibilities

B2B Copywriter & Marketing Coordinator - Outbound Sales Materials (Execution and Implementation)

Purple Sales Solutions has helped technology companies grow across the US, Canada, Europe, and beyond since 2017. We deliver inbound and outbound B2B lead generation from our Toronto HQ. We're now building a high-performance digital marketing team in South Africa, where we already have team members on the ground.

The Role

We're hiring a full-time B2B Copywriter & Marketing Coordinator to execute weekly Outbound Sales content for our clients and design marketing and sales materials that fuel our outbound lead generation programs. This is a hands-on production role.

Currently, we require assistance with the following types of tasks:

Key Responsibilities

• Creating Sales Development Materials for outbound Lead Generation campaigns
• Creating Follow-up email templates
• Creating Outbound Email sequences
• Creating Call Scripts
• Creating Marketing briefs and PDF sales content
• Implementing emails in sequence tools such as Instantly and HubSpot
• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to improve system usability

Must Have

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science
• 2+ years in a B2B Sales Development Content Writer team, ideally B2B or agency
• At least two years of experience managing sales/email engagement tools such as Lemlist, Apollo, Instantly, Salesloft, or Outreach.io.
• Proven weekly content production at scale
• Competitor analysis skills
• Understanding of sales processes and working within a sales environment
• HubSpot knowledge (doesn't need to be advanced)
• Having knowledge and experience in integrating and connecting the CRM (HubSpot) with other tools through API, Zapier, or natively.
• Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis
• Strong written English
• Proficient with Word documents and Claude.ai

Nice to Have

• Design skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe at a junior level
• B2B (preferably IT/SaaS)sector exposure
• Light web development: WordPress, Webflow, basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Extensive use of Apollo, Lusha, Zoominfo for contact data lists
• Capabilities to research and build targeted contact lists based on the Ideal Customer Profile and Buyer Persona
• HubSpot Sales Hub Certificate a plus
• HubSpot Marketing Hub Certificate a plus
