Job summary

Indsafri is seeking a highly skilled AWS Certified Solutions Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud solutions on AWS for clients. The role can be full-time contract or freelance, with remote work options and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor juniors, stay current with AWS services, and produce architectural documentation to support project goals.

Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification required.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex solutions on AWS.
• Deep knowledge of EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, security principles.
• Experience with IaC tools Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• For freelance roles: ability to dedicate a minimum of free hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, robust AWS cloud solutions.
• Provide expert consultation on AWS services, best practices, and cost optimization.
• Lead deployment of cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AWS issues.
• Collaborate with development teams, PMs, and stakeholders.
• Maintain architectural documentation and diagrams.
• Stay up to date with AWS services and industry trends.
• Mentor junior team members where applicable.
