Placements24 is seeking an experienced and diligent Remote Aviation Safety Specialist to enhance safety management systems across the organization. This fully remote role focuses on developing, implementing, and overseeing safety programs to ensure the highest levels of compliance and risk mitigation across the organization.

You will analyze safety data, conduct audits, develop training materials, and foster a strong safety culture from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Safety Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation safety management or regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation safety regulations (e.g., ICAO, EASA, FAA, SA CAA).
• Experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage safety programs and drive change remotely.
