Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Aviation Logistics Coordinator to oversee the flow of aviation parts, equipment, and supplies from a fully remote position. You will coordinate shipments, manage inventory, track deliveries, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to optimize the supply chain.

The ideal candidate has aviation logistics experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics coordination experience, preferably in aviation.
• Degree or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Aviation.
• Proficiency with logistics software and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely procurement and shipment of aviation parts and equipment.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records for all operations.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and resolve delays proactively.
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations for transportation and handling of aviation materials.
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve service levels.
