Placements24 is seeking an Aviation Logistics Coordinator to manage the supply chain and inventory of aircraft parts in Mahikeng. The role ensures necessary components are available, coordinating procurement, storage, and distribution while maintaining accurate inventory records.

The ideal candidate will have logistics experience, familiarity with aviation regulations, and strong organizational and communication skills to support maintenance teams and suppliers in a fast-paced aviation

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or inventory control.
• Familiarity with the aviation parts industry and related regulations is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the procurement and timely delivery of aircraft parts and materials.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records using logistics software.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations regarding the storage and handling of parts.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal maintenance teams.
• Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately.
