Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in aviation operations, flight planning, or similar roles.
• Strong data analysis and performance monitoring experience in aviation.
• Experience with aviation operational software and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in remote settings.
• Ability to manage time independently and work flexible hours for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze flight data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and safety concerns.
