Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years in flight operations analysis or analytics within aviation.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process and analyze flight operational data and performance metrics.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs for flight operations management.
• Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities to improve efficiency and safety.
• Conduct root cause analysis for irregularities and safety incidents with data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with flight operations teams and management to implement data-informed strategies.
