• Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation operations analysis or similar.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong understanding of flight scheduling, dispatch, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to work remotely and manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze flight data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with flight crews, dispatchers, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot operational issues.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging technologies in aviation operations.
• Support the development and implementation of new operational procedures and policies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
