Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Safety Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in aviation safety analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, statistical software).
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety management systems, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret aviation safety data from various sources to identify trends, risks, and systemic issues.
• Develop reports and presentations summarizing safety findings and recommending corrective actions to management.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's Safety Management System (SMS).
• Conduct virtual risk assessments and safety assurance activities.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices in aviation safety.
• Collaborate with operational teams remotely to implement safety improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
