You will conduct audits, develop policies, investigate incidents, provide SMS guidance, and deliver remote trainings. Requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 6+ years in aviation compliance; remote work from South Africa supported.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in aviation management, law, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in aviation compliance, safety management, auditing, or regulatory affairs.
• Deep knowledge of ICAO Annexes and SACAA CARs, EASA Part-M, FAA FARs.
• Experience implementing Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct remote audits of aviation organizations for regulatory compliance.
• Develop and update client aviation policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on SMS implementation and continuous improvement.
