Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Aviation Compliance Auditor for a remote-first role based in South Africa. You will conduct audits of aviation organizations to ensure adherence to SACAA, EASA, and FAA standards, both virtually and on-site as required.

Travel domestically and internationally will be necessary. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 7+ years of aviation auditing experience, and a Certified Auditor designation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in aviation compliance, safety management, quality assurance, or operations with auditing focus.
• Certified Auditor status highly preferred (Lead Auditor ISO 9001 or aviation standards).
• Deep knowledge of SACAA, EASA, FAA regulations and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and report audits of aviation organizations for regulatory compliance.
• Review safety management systems, QA programs, and training records.
• Identify non-compliance, risks, and improvement opportunities with actionable recommendations.
• Develop detailed audit reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards.
• Communicate with clients, providing guidance throughout the audit process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies and tools.
• Participate in virtual meetings and ongoing professional development.
