Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as an Automotive Warranty Administrator or in a similar administrative role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive warranty procedures and manufacturer policies.
• Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and warranty claim processing software.
• Excellent data entry, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Process and submit all warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all warranty work orders are properly documented and comply with manufacturer guidelines.
