Responsibilities

• Perform research on warranty concerns and prepare/ customise warranty papers.
• Review warranty claims, administer and submit for warranty approval.
• Monitor repair orders for endorsement as per warranty requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries and communicate warranty programs to staff.
• Ensure compliance with warranty specifications and maintain records.
