Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Systems Engineer for a fully remote position. You will integrate and validate complex automotive systems, ensuring seamless communication across vehicle components and providing system engineering support from a remote location.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering and at least 4 years of experience in automotive systems engineering or integration, with strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics, powertrain, chassis,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
4+ years of experience in automotive systems engineering or integration.
Strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics, powertrain, chassis, and electrical systems.
Proficiency with systems engineering methodologies and analysis.

Responsibilities

Define system requirements and specifications for automotive subsystems and components.
Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams and integration plans.
Perform system-level testing and validation of integrated components.
Analyze test results and propose effective solutions to system anomalies.
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical and software teams to ensure design consistency.
Document system designs, test procedures, and final reports.
