Placements24 is seeking a visionary Remote Automotive Systems Architect to define and guide the development of complex automotive architectures. You will shape vehicle platforms with seamless subsystems integration across powertrain, ADAS, infotainment, and connectivity.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of automotive systems engineering and architecture design experience.
• Deep understanding of automotive electronic components, embedded systems, and software development processes.
• Proven experience with CAN, Automotive Ethernet, LIN and standards like AUTOSAR and ISO 26262.
• Strong systems engineering, requirements management, and model-based design skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and document the overall automotive system architecture across hardware, software, and interfaces.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Evaluate technologies, standards, and tools for system development.
• Ensure architecture meets safety, security, reliability, performance, and scalability needs.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify risks and dependencies and align engineering domains.
