Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, CS or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist applying data science techniques.
• Proficiency in Python or R and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Strong SQL and experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large automotive datasets from telematics, manufacturing, and customer feedback.
• Develop statistical models and ML algorithms for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and behavior modeling.
• Design and run A/B tests and experiments to evaluate new features or strategies.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and drive data-driven improvements across teams.
