Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in industrial automation support or engineering.
• Deep knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA, and HMI systems.
• Proficiency in network diagnostics and troubleshooting for industrial protocols.
• Strong communication within a remote, international team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 remote technical support for industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues using remote access and diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with field engineers and customer technical staff to resolve system failures and performance issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and best-practice manuals.
• Analyze support trends to identify potential product improvements or recurring issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical client systems.
