Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and control systems engineering.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text) and experience with major PLC brands.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA software development and integration.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Profinet, Ethernet/IP).
• Strong understanding of robotics and motion control systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
