Job summary

Energy Drive is seeking an Asset Care Lead to supervise maintenance planning, scheduling and contractor management across SSA, EU and NA regions. You will ensure CMMS data integrity, drive maintenance best practices and report on availability, MTBF and PM compliance.

The role requires 5-8 years in asset maintenance or industrial electrical fields, with hands-on experience in CMMS workflows, RCA/RCM, and multi-regional site execution. A degree in engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Asset Management.
Strong CMMS and maintenance planning fundamentals.
Experience with contractor management and SLAs.
Knowledge of data management and digital asset tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling and site execution across regions.
Coordinate and manage maintenance contractors and service providers against SLAs.
Ensure CMMS data integrity and timely closure of work orders.
Lead RCA/RCM studies and drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
Prepare monthly asset performance reports and KPIs.
