Job summary

Apogee Sustainability Limited seeks an Asset Care Lead to ensure asset care strategies, maintenance plans and SLA compliance across all operating regions, coordinating planning, site execution and contractor management.

You will drive CMMS MaintainX usage, improve data integrity and deliver monthly performance reports, while leading RCA/RCM initiatives and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Asset Management.
• Strong CMMS knowledge and data management skills.
• Experience with contractor management and SLA performance.

Responsibilities

• Translate maintenance requirements into 4-week plans and coordinate site execution.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across client sites and manage escalations.
• Audit work orders, ensure data integrity and drive continuous improvement.
