Job summary

Energy Drive is seeking a Remote Asset Management Specialist to oversee the lifecycle of utilities infrastructure assets from a fully remote location. The role focuses on data analytics, CMMS/EAM utilization, and policy development to ensure reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

You will collaborate with engineers and operations, analyze performance and maintenance data, and report insights to senior management. A strong background in asset management and remote collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of asset management experience in utilities/infrastructure.
• Proficient with CMMS/EAM software.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Remote work experience and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management strategies and policies for utilities infrastructure.
• Analyze asset performance data, maintenance records, and failure histories to identify trends and predict future needs.
• Manage the asset lifecycle, including acquisition, operation, maintenance, renewal, and disposal.
• Utilize asset management software (CMMS, EAM) to track asset condition, schedule maintenance, and manage work orders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with field operations, engineers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and excellence.
• Prepare detailed reports on asset health, maintenance costs, and performance metrics for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for asset optimization and cost savings through data-driven insights.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in asset management.
