Placements24 is seeking a creative and technically proficient Architectural Designer for a fully remote role. You will contribute to the design development of diverse projects, working with a distributed team of architects and designers to bring concepts to life using BIM and CAD tools.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of professional experience, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent design qualification.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design creativity and technical skill.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs and produce detailed architectural drawings and 3D models.
• Utilize BIM and CAD software to create coordinated design documentation.
• Prepare high-quality visual presentations, including renderings and animations, for client review.
• Collaborate effectively with remote team members, architects, and consultants on project details.
• Research materials, building technologies, and design trends to enhance project outcomes.
• Ensure design intent is maintained through clear communication and documentation.
