Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Architectural Drafter to join our distributed team. You will produce accurate drawings, construction documents, and 3D models under the guidance of project architects for a variety of projects.

The ideal candidate has a relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. This fully remote position offers flexible work, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

Eligible candidate has a relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience in architectural drafting.
Proven track record as an Architectural Drafter with a strong portfolio.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; understands construction terminology.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software.
Develop and update 3D models and BIM components based on design changes.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and building codes.
Coordinate with architects and other consultants to resolve drafting discrepancies.
Manage drawing revisions and maintain organized digital project files.
Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and design documentation.
