Placements24 is seeking a creative Architectural Designer with a focus on sustainable housing to join a remote-first team. You will conceptualize and develop eco-friendly residential designs that emphasize energy efficiency and occupant well-being.

You will collaborate with clients and a distributed team to translate visions into architectural expressions, using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering tools, while ensuring compliance with building codes and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 3-5 years of residential architectural design experience.
• Strong interest in sustainable design principles.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural designs for sustainable residential projects.
• Create concept designs, 3D models, renderings, and detailed design drawings.
• Collaborate with clients and remote teams to refine designs.
