Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a talented Remote Architectural Designer to join a design studio that operates in a fully remote, distributed team. You will contribute to the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, collaborating across time zones to push creative boundaries.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, 4+ years of professional experience, and proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with BIM software such as Revit is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and design proposals, creating mood boards, sketches, and preliminary models.
• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings using advanced software tools.
• Collaborate effectively with remote team members, architects, and project managers via online platforms.
• Research and incorporate innovative materials, technologies, and sustainable design principles into projects.
• Prepare design presentations and documentation for client meetings and internal reviews, all conducted digitally.
