Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research accounts, target decision makers, and book discovery calls for our Account Executives. You will use LinkedIn, email, and phone to create high-quality outreach while maintaining accurate CRM records.

This role is fully remote within South Africa, offering opportunities to craft personalized outreach and contribute to pipeline growth with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or similar roles; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
