Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in airline operations with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience in flight scheduling, crew management, and disruption handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor flight schedules to maximize aircraft utilization.
• Oversee crew planning, rostering, and duty time compliance.
• Manage real-time flight operations and disruption response.
• Liaise with ground handlers, ATC, and stakeholders for smooth ops.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Drive on-time performance and cost efficiency strategies.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regs and SMS.
• Prepare operational reports for senior management.
• Lead a remote team of ops specialists.
• Utilize airline ops software and comms platforms efficiently.
