Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years of aircraft performance analysis or aerodynamics experience.
• Strong understanding of flight mechanics, thermodynamics, and aerodynamics.
• Proficiency in performance calculation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze aircraft performance data from flight tests, ops data, and manufacturer specs.
• Develop and refine performance models to predict fuel burn, range, climb and descent.
• Conduct studies for aircraft selection, route planning, and optimization.
• Evaluate impact of environmental factors, configuration, payload on performance.
• Generate detailed reports and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and flight planning to implement improvements.
