You will leverage advanced data analysis tools and your deep understanding of aeronautical principles to provide actionable insights and recommendations that directly contribute to cost savings and environmental sustainability across the airline's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze flight data (e.g., fuel burn, altitude, speed, weather) to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement .
• Develop and maintain models to predict aircraft performance, fuel efficiency, and operational costs.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommended strategies for fuel conservation .
• Collaborate with flight operations, dispatch, and engineering departments to implement and monitor performance initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in aerodynamics , engine technology, and flight planning software to enhance analysis capabilities.
• Utilize specialized software and tools for data manipulation, visualization, and statistical analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in aircraft performance analysis , flight operations analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB) and database querying (SQL).
• Excellent understanding of aerodynamics , aircraft systems, and flight mechanics.
• Experience with flight data monitoring (FDM) programs and associated analysis techniques.
