Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Remote Aircraft Systems Analyst to monitor and optimize aircraft systems using data analytics and simulation tools. The role emphasizes independent work and strong remote communication to support a global aviation initiative.

You will analyze FDR/CVR data, build predictive models, and collaborate with design, maintenance, and operations teams from any location, with a focus on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft systems analysis or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (MATLAB, Python with Pandas/NumPy) and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze flight data recorder and cockpit data for performance monitoring and investigations.
• Develop models to predict aircraft system failures and performance degradation.
• Evaluate modifications on aircraft systems and report on effectiveness.
• Collaborate remotely with engineers, maintenance, and operations to provide insights.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on system performance and trends.
• Stay informed on new technologies in aircraft systems analysis and data science.
