The ideal candidate has an AME license, 7+ years of aircraft maintenance experience including supervision, and strong leadership with proficiency in maintenance software and digital record-keeping.

Formación

• Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years in aircraft maintenance with 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience with aviation regulations and airworthiness directives.
• Proficient in aircraft maintenance software and digital records.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise remote aircraft maintenance operations and personnel.
• Ensure maintenance complies with manuals, data, and regs.
• Monitor schedules, allocate resources, and optimize downtime.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
• Keep detailed digital records of maintenance, replacements, and inspections.
