Qualifications

• Valid AME license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 7 years in aircraft maintenance with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Experience with aircraft maintenance software and digital records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of aircraft maintenance personnel remotely.
• Ensure all aircraft maintenance is performed in accordance with approved data, manuals, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor schedules, track progress, and manage resources to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance teams, troubleshooting complex issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance using digital systems.
