Job summary

Real Hires LLC is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to translate complex ABA workflow problems into practical AI-enabled solutions. You’ll work directly with therapy clients to map processes, identify bottlenecks, and design agents that automate routine tasks.

You’ll deploy AI in familiar tools, maintain safety with guardrails and audit trails, and measure impact by comparing time saved and cost reductions.

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who can do more than write code. You’ll work directly with our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy clients to understand how their teams work, find what slows them down, and build AI agents that make their daily work easier.

You’ll combine problem-solving, technical skills, and business thinking to turn real problems into working solutions. No endless presentations. No technology for technology’s sake. Just practical AI that makes a measurable difference.

What You’ll Do

• Understand the real problem. Work directly with clients to learn how their processes work, where time is wasted, and what needs to improve.
• Make work simpler. Identify tasks that can be removed, automated with code, or handled by AI agents.
• Build practical AI solutions. Create and deploy AI agents within the tools clients already use, without forcing them to switch systems or learn complicated new processes.
• Keep people in control. Add the right rules, safeguards, testing, and audit trails to make sure AI works reliably and safely.
• Measure your impact. Compare results before and after implementation to show how much time, effort, and cost your solutions save.
• Own the outcome. Take solutions from the first client conversation to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
