Placements24 is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our fully remote R&D team. You will explore novel ML techniques and apply them to forward-thinking problems, delivering cutting-edge AI capabilities from a distributed, collaborative environment.

You will design, prototype, and evaluate ML models, work with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to research publications and conferences. This role offers flexible hours and strong growth opportunities in a remote-first setting.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning research and development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of ML techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience with experimental design and evaluation of ML models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
