Job summary

Camunda is seeking a Product Builder to shape the enterprise and governance experience of Camunda Hub. You will work directly with customers, forward deployed engineers, and other builders to ship impactful features in an AI-first environment.

You will contribute across the full stack, enabling faster end-to-end product delivery within a remote, pod-based organization. This role emphasizes ownership, practical judgment, and deep collaboration across Core/Identity boundaries.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping product directly in a software environment.
• Ability to work across product thinking, user experience, and hands-on delivery.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning open-ended problems into practical next steps.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a remote-first, pod-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Discover and clarify meaningful user problems by working with customers and engineers.
• Shape product direction through practical judgment and fast iteration.
• Prototype, build, ship, and iterate on product improvements across Hub surfaces.
• Use AI tools effectively to accelerate drafts and iterations while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with strategy counterparts to turn ideas into shipped outcomes across boundaries.
• Improve speed, quality, and effectiveness of the pod's end-to-end delivery.
