The Focus Group seeks a seasoned software engineer to realize detailed designs through programming and configuration. You will mentor other developers, deliver robust components, and ensure scalable, observable software across large systems.

Responsibilities include driving BPM/Camunda workflows, integrating with UIs, and collaborating with product and engineering leads to refine solutions while promoting continuous improvement and alignment with business strategy.

Qualifications

Diploma in Computer Science/Information Systems/Software Engineering required.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SE preferred.
Camunda Certified Modeler/Developer certification highly regarded.
Kafka/Confluent practitioner certification advantageous.
Azure AZ‑900/AZ‑104/AZ‑204 certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

Produce working quality software that meets the design.
Develop critical and complex technical components within the area of accountability.
Deliver robust, scalable system component designs for large systems.
Ensure designs are maintainable and reusable across projects.
Collaborate with designers, product owners and engineering leads to refine solutions.
Mentor multiple software developers and support junior teammates.
