Job summary

Camunda is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to own documentation for multiple product areas, embedded with product teams, working closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to keep docs accurate and aligned with the product experience. This hands‑on role supports our AI products team, becoming a subject‑matter expert around agentic orchestration.

You’ll lead documentation from concept through release, tailor content for diverse developer audiences, and contribute to Docs‑as‑Code

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical writing experience focused on developer content
• Hands-on with Java, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker and related tech
• Experience with AI concepts like LLMs, RAG, MCP and agentic orchestration

Responsibilities

• Own and drive documentation for one or more product areas
• Work closely with engineers, PMs, and designers to stay informed about roadmap
• Become a subject matter expert in assigned product areas
• Lead documentation efforts from concept through release
• Advocate for documentation as a critical part of user experience
• Continuously improve structure and clarity based on analytics and feedback
• Collaborate with other writers and Documentation team to share best practices
