Job summary

THE/STUDIO, a fully remote company, is building an AI-powered data engine to enable real-time, automated decision-making across its platforms. You will join a core engineering team to connect, clean, and automate data across systems, shipping dashboards and alerts with minimal direction.

You will own data across the organization and work with product and automation engineers to push toward an AI-driven data fabric, surfacing process events and timestamps to identify bottlenecks and improve flows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fluency with SQL and cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery).
• Deep experience with BI dashboards and workflow automation (n8n/Make).
• Proven track record of building and deploying tools end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Architect the AI Data Engine and natural-language query interface.
• Build automated pipelines and dashboards that auto-populate metrics.
• Ship end-to-end solutions independently without formal specs.
