Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Marketing Manager who owns paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will control targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why, serving as the strategic voice at the table.

You will run paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, guide budget calls, test creatives, track conversions, and present the 90-day roadmaps and quarterly stories behind the numbers on client calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can show.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
