You’ll fix bugs, advise on architecture, and create automations to support hundreds of customers daily, while staying aligned with Sydney business hours. Qualifications

• Experience debugging production issues using logs, traces, and repros.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical customers.
• Strong TS/React background and web app fundamentals.
• Ability to work 100% remotely within Sydney business hours.

Responsabilités

• Fully resolve issues in customer apps and advise on architecture.
