Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Agricultural Engineer or in a similar engineering role within the agriculture sector.
• Strong understanding of agricultural machinery, hydraulics, and power systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software for design and drafting.
• Knowledge of irrigation, soil and water conservation, and environmental control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test new agricultural machinery, equipment, and structures.
• Improve the efficiency and functionality of existing agricultural systems and technologies.
• Design and manage irrigation systems, drainage solutions, and water management infrastructure.
• Apply principles of mechanical, civil, and electrical engineering to agricultural challenges.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for new projects.
• Ensure that designs comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and economic feasibility.
• Collaborate with agronomists, farmers, and other stakeholders to understand needs and provide solutions.
