Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, GIS or related field.
• Proven experience in precision agriculture, GIS, remote sensing and data analysis.
• Proficiency with agricultural software platforms and data visualization tools.
• Strong GPS, drone technology and sensor networks understanding.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and remote communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze geospatial data, sensor readings, and farm equipment telemetry to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and implement precision agriculture strategies for variable rate application of fertilizers and pesticides.
• Manage and interpret data from drones, satellite imagery, and farm management software.
• Provide remote technical support and training on precision agriculture technologies and practices.
• Collaborate with farm managers to optimize irrigation, planting, and harvesting operations based on data analysis.
• Research and recommend new technologies and methodologies to improve farm efficiency and sustainability.
