Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy with a technology focus, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in agricultural technology, precision farming, or related field with leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in IoT, data analytics, automation, GIS, and farm management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research, evaluation, and implementation of new agricultural technologies and digital tools.
• Develop and manage the company's precision agriculture strategy, including GPS, sensors, and variable rate application.
• Oversee the integration of farm management software and data analytics platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the agricultural technology team.
