Responsibilities

• Provide remote navigation and support services for addiction treatment.
• Assess client needs and connect to rehab centers, therapy, and support groups.
• Educate clients and families about addiction, recovery processes, and resources.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and national treatment options and best practices.
• Document client interactions and progress securely in an online system.
