Placements24 is seeking a compassionate Remote Addiction Recovery Coach to guide individuals toward sobriety from a home office. This fully remote role delivers one-on-one coaching via video sessions and uses evidence-based techniques to empower clients on their recovery journey.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or related field, or equivalent life experience.
• Certification as Addiction Recovery Coach or related credential is desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in addiction counseling, support, or recovery coaching.
• Strong understanding of addiction, withdrawal, recovery processes and relapse prevention.
• Excellent motivational interviewing and active listening skills.
• Proficient with video conferencing and remote communication tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one recovery coaching via virtual sessions.
• Help clients develop personalized recovery plans and goals.
• Offer emotional support, encouragement, and accountability.
• Identify triggers, develop coping mechanisms, and relapse prevention strategies.
• Educate clients and families about addiction and available resources.
• Connect clients with therapists, support groups, and treatment centers.
• Monitor progress and adjust recovery plans as needed.
• Maintain confidential client records in the CRM system.
• Facilitate virtual support groups and educational workshops.
• Stay current with best practices in addiction recovery and coaching.
