Woolpert is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the finance team. This is a fully remote role operating on US business hours (2:00 pm–11:00 pm SAST).

You will handle invoice processing, collections, customer service, cash forecasting, reporting, and record-keeping while ensuring compliance with policies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, 5 years in AR/collections, and strong Excel and accounting-software proficiency, paired with excellent

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in collections and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Invoice processing: Generate and send invoices to customers.
• Payment collection: Monitor non-payments and coordinate with accounting to allocate payments.
• Customer service: Respond to inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Cash forecasting: Analyze payment trends and forecast cash flow.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly AR-related financial and management reports.
• Record keeping: Maintain AR files and records.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws and internal policies.
