You will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and crafting the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while preserving quality in every touchpoint.

Formación

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar required.
• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Ability to personalize outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
