Formación

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, preferably in agency or SaaS
• Experience with outbound prospecting and building target lists
• Strong written communication and personalization skills

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and compile contact lists
• Craft and run personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team
