Job summary

ReWorks Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support healthcare recruitment for US-based clients, focusing on RBT and BCBA roles in the ABA space. You will source candidates, conduct outreach, and guide candidates through the hiring process.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in recruitment, strong communication in English, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies with attention to detail. Prior ABA experience is a bonus but not required, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or other platforms.
• Experience with candidate outreach and follow-up.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for RBT and BCBA positions using LinkedIn and Aploy.
• Identify and approach suitable candidates based on vacancy requirements.
• Conduct candidate outreach and follow-up.
• Screen candidates against basic role requirements.
• Maintain organized candidate records and recruitment activity.
• Manage multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
